Next week I'll be trying dried shrooms (truffles) for the first time. I won't have a sitter, so I want to take it slow. The website where I bought my shrooms from have a 5 star rating system for their active components. Mine have 2.5 stars (lowest on the site). The website has a calculator so you can see how much grams you can take for your bodysize. I wonder why they have the same calculator for the weeker shrooms as for the ones with the higer amount of psilocybin (5 star)? Should I take a little more for my variety? The levels of doses are: microdosing (0.7g), low dose (5.3g), normal dose (7.1g) and high dose (12.2g).
Another question I ask myself: what's the best way to consume them for a firsttimer? Can I take them as a lemontek or will that kick in to heavy for my first time? If not as a lemontek, what's a better alternative for dried truffles.
Background: I used cannabis a few times (over 20 years ago as a teenager) and now I use molly every few months when going out.
