7 days after BnS No contam No growth

we did BnS at this stage (Pic1)

Almost a week yet very slow growth

tried to tilt it and this liquid was coming out.

It's been a month since innoculation, I did BnS at 10% and again at pic1 stage since the growth stalled quite a bit. After doing the second BnS the Jar Completely stalled. Little to no growth even after a week. Today, being curious, I tried to tilt the jar to see if it was happening on the inside, While tilting the jar the grains didnt break apart but this whitish liquid was coming out. Should we send it to bulk and pray? Because at this rate of growth it'll take more than a year! PLEASE HELP!
