Cake not fruiting

I inoculated what I thought was a all in one was a bulk substrate so by the time I realized what I did immediately put the sub n a pc for 3 hours then took a colonized jar of grain and used the same sub to grain and made a cake and it was colonized on 6/18 then left it to colonize check on it on 7/1 put it n fruiting and still no fruit is there any help or should i toss it
