Hello together,

I have a Proxmox Server 8.x running for a project. In addition to the regular network, I received a second network share from another department.

The goal is to route individual services via a pfsense FW. An explicit MAC was activated from my Proxmox server in the service provider's LAN.

The port is active and accessible from the second network.

As soon as I create a Linux bridge with the port and assit it to the VM, I don't get a connection.

Even if I also assign the released MAC to the VM, this does not bring any improvement.

Do I have a thinking error or is there another option here?

Or does a direct submission of the PCI adaptor have to take place here?
