Filters not always working

I thought I'd sent up a pretty comprehensive set of filters for a specific set of email newsletters and alerts, but for some reason 2 domains keep slipping past the filters. They show up in my inbox without the tag or without being filtered all the time, and no matter what combination of phrases, words, or email addresses I put in the filters they always sneak by. Anyone else have this problem? And how did you fix it?
