Not a LEO; So I work third shift at a gas station. I just busted this kid in my beer cooler filling his backpack. I said "yeah, you can go ahead and put that back" he just keeps saying I'm sorry and yes sir as I walk him out the door. I did grief him a little about how I could lose my job from him stealing beer. Told him he's banned as he left and went back to work. So do you guys and gals think I should have called law enforcement to speak to him? He was probably 16 or 17. I don't wanna mess up somebodies life over some dumb teenage stuff. But; this is the second time he's tried this in about 4 months. I'm morally conflicted on this, and any input would be appreciated.
