So seams like everything is normal except this:
PERIPHERAL ZONE: Symmetric substantial wedge-shaped T2 hypointensities are noted within the peripheral zone bilaterally without significant restricted diffusion. There is symmetric enhancement within the peripheral zone. Findings likely reflect sequela of prostatitis and are compatible PI-RADS 2. No additional suspicious lesion identified within the peripheral zone.
I notice that if I go without sex or especially edging for atleast 4 days the symptoms almost go away
So if I get this right, itβs just inflammation from prostatitis? Does it look like most likely bacterial ? Consulting with my urologist next week. Thought Iβd ask here for now
