How often do you masturbate? I’m a 38 gay male that’s married. Our sex life is nonexistent and we’re both okay with that… truly. That’s not what this post is about though.

Ever since I was a kid my masturbation frequency fluctuates. There’ll be a week here or there where I jerk off 2-3x a week and then I’ll go through moments when I may not nut for 6-8 weeks. The desire to just isn’t there.

Is anyone else like this? I hate to ask if that’s “normal” because in reality… what is normal? One might think couples have sex every day or multiple times a week but do they actually? Some might but I believe some may be like us that if we have sex once a year we’re doing good. I think it’s beneficial for us as people to talk about natural stuff… and stop keeping these things some sort of shame ridden secret.
