Are most urologists ignorant on this issue or did I just get bad luck?
Post Body

I've posted in here before about my issues. Basically, I get pain mostly in the tip of my penis, especially when urinating. Also experience a little blood after urinating sometimes. Not an std, not a uti, they did all those blood tests and cultures.

Also did a cystoscopy amd it showed "mildly inflamed and tender prostatic mucosa near the veru". He basically said that means inflammation of the prostate. But psa is normal and he's sure it's not bacterial. He said the inflammation alone can cause that blood because it happens with inflammed tissue. Similar to the nose. The thing that confused me, is he also said cpps, chronic prostatitis shouldn't cause that Inflammation so that was kind of a contradiction. He also literally said he doesn't know what the cause can be as he's ruled everything out.....so does this sound like it could be cpps or whatever we're calling it? I've had a couple people message me before saying it sounded like it but after the visits with this dr, I'm pretty hopeless and confused.

I also strongly feel like sitting too much, for long was a big cause but he said that cannot cause it. Then again, considering he said he has no idea what's causing this it's hard to know what's true.
