Hello Edit: went to the store today and bought AZO pills. I feel immensely better urinating. Hadn’t really had an issue with my flow but the burning sensation was annoying me. Also the discharge is gone. Only thing lingering now is the hemorrhoid and small amount of blood when pooping.

I recently have had some irritation when peeing. Comes and goes. Today the tip of my penis is red and slightly raised. Some painful ejaculation and battling hemorrhoids.

UA results came back today.

No culture Slightly elevated WBC Leukocytes 2 No blood in urine No RBC Trace protein No Gonorrhea or Chlaymidia No growth found in urine No infection. No UTI.

Could this be prostatitis? Currently traveling and the urination burning sensation is not unmanageable but why can’t anyone prescribe me some antibiotics?

Any thoughts help would be appreciated.
