So the first question I'll be referring to this infographic.

1. Is stage 4 on the right a prostate orgasm/Super-O? I'm also not very clear on what the difference is between a prostate orgasm and a Super-O. I've definitely achieved 1, 2, and 3 and can do them pretty consistently. There was one time recently where I may have gotten to 4, it definitely felt like what the picture looks like, waves going through my body originating from the prostate, felt very good but I'm unclear as to whether that's a prostate orgasm or not.

2. What are the best positions to try? When I'm using a buttplug or prostate massager I typically am on my side on my bed with my legs tucked toward my chest, sometimes I lay on my stomach. I've not been able to find a position for a dildo where it doesn't get tiring very quickly. The side position I mentioned has probably been best in terms of how long I can go for but even that isn't super long.
