Advice on rewiring nipples?

So when I do think to stimulate my nipples while playing, it sometimes really gets me going, but not consistently. Sort of like the prostate, I’m still learning how to get into the “headspace” where i can get really turned on my playing with my nipples.
Does anyone have any advice, or know of any good resources on requiring your nipples for pleasure?
Also interested if anyone has any toy recommendations that stimulate the nipples and enhance prostate play.
