Ass gasm ring and plug to big. Any suggestions?

So I just tried to get into more āpurpose builtā prostate toys and got the ass gasm ring and plug. Itās honestly to big for me and hurts; I canāt get it all the way in. Iāve tried working myself up to it but after days it still hurts. Is there anything similar thatās not as large?
