For those who use a Njoy wand, what’s your favorite technique?

I seem to have the most success milking myself with the njoy wand. However I haven’t been able to get further than the milking. I am looking for advice from those of you who use the wand to achieve HFWO and Dry Super O’s. Positions and techniques for highest chance of success. I want to feel it so bad but I haven’t been able to achieve either yet!
