I'm 66 and was diagnosed with prostate cancer 10 years ago . I'm in the mid range of severity and am in the watchful waiting category. PSA every 6 months and always @ 6 . 2 years ago it was 6.6 ( sex the day before ) My urologist was hyped to have another MRI and another /3rd biopsy . During CoVid .... ? I declined . Subsequent PSA tests have been 6 . I made sure to refrain from sex for a week prior to the PSA tests.
So bike riding and sex prior to having the PSA test affects the result ..... but how much ..... I never get a straight answer . Haven't found anything from internet searches either .
