Had RARP 7/20, 3 4 before and after, 95gm specimen, unifocal PSM (<3mm) at left apex, seminal vesicles negative. Two PSA tests since and no indication of BCR. Next PSA test at end of April. Any thoughts or good resources on indicative / predictive aspects of PSMs on future BCR? In short, I’d like to get some rough estimates (I know there’s no crystal ball) on when I’m might be looking at radiation / ADT—or if I should investigate adjuvant therapy now. I suppose I’m struggling with the same things as others with PCa: trying to create some degree of certainty around uncertainty.
