Would appreciate hearing from anyone who had Tulsa Pro treatment. Bonus if you could share where? For context, Iโm early 50s, Gleason 7 (3 4), indication of perineal invasion & cribriform pattern 4, otherwise a healthy and sexually active guy. Have a top surgeon on deck for RALP but very concerned about sparing one or both nerves. I recently learned about TULSA which sounds like a compelling option. If youโre not familiar, TULSA is ultrasound ablation while under MRI, accessing prostate via urethra- so treatment from inside to outside with millimeter precision.
