PSA -1 year results after RALP

My surgery was November 15, 2022. The first PSA test I had was on February 14, 2023 with my surgeon and it was <.1 Then you can see on the attached image the following two tests were the same.
But now the negative sign is gone(same lab as previous two times) on the most recent test and the year anniversary. Concerned a bit but my doctor isn’t.
I guess we’ll see what the next one says. Feeling out of sorts.
