My last post was about going for an MRI. Now I got the results. Long story short there is a grow there but it’s contained in the prostate and has not spread to other organs. My doctors says it’s most likely cancer. Now I am waiting for a call from a urologist to have a biopsy done and find out my PSA score. I believe that is what it’s called. Someone on here can correct me if I am wrong but basically going to find out how aggressive the cancer is to determine next steps.
My first thought was “Cancer? That is what other people get! Not me!” Well I have just become one of those other people.
Update: thanks for clearing some things up for me. Did some checking and my PSA was 8.1 back in the beginning of July and that is what started this process.
