I need some help finding a ring for my partner to propose. For context they are nonbinary and definitely not traditional in any sense. They like plants (aka cottage core vibes), gothic styles and in general just weird funky stuff. I've been seeing a lot of rings lately that have little leaves or plants in the gem and I think they'd really like it but I'm worried it's not going to be special enough or wedding ring material if that makes sense. We both want to get married and have talked about getting married but I want this to remain a surprise for them so I can't ask them. Last thing I've been thinking about, what about another type of jewelry? Like a necklace or bracelet? (They like rings but have an outside job and don't wear them often).
