I've been toying with the idea of trying to start a side business managing single family homes. I have a full time PM position with all the contacts and vendors associated with that. My property is in auto pilot now averaging 98% occupancy and 99% collections.
My maintenance lead is a Rockstar who can fix anything and my vendor contacts are all mainly small businesses that would love extra work.
All that being said, do y'all think it is feasible to get some doors under management as a side hustle? I have an LLC already that I can use.. I'm no marketing guru, so that's a hurdle in not sure how to cross. Thoughts?
