In the last few weeks, I've been dealing with issues with my submissions and have been needing to contact the researchers to let them know that I did do the studies, but there was a problem for whatever reason. For example, I literally just did one a few minutes ago that did the usual "Yay! You may now close the window and return to Prolific", but when I did, it didn't let me "complete" the study; it was still on the reservation screen, and wouldn't let me do the quick study again. I had to cancel my reservation and contact the researcher, even though I already submitted my answers. This sort of thing has been happening a lot lately, both on my PC and my phone. Has anyone else been dealing with a surplus of technical issues?
