Any tips for pumping?

I just got a pump recently, any tips on getting it inside my ass? I try to relax as much as possible, but I’m still struggling to get it in tbh. I have been pumping from the outside, which fees pretty good, but it’s not as effective for developing a prolapse/rosebud whatever you wanna call it. Any tips?
