Hi can someone please help me after doing prolapse for a while I now every time I go to the bathroom I get a small prolapse from a number 2 or 1 with a little push ? Is this normal and can anyone please advise… soooo sorry if I sound silly or dumb… I’m from Australia and looking for advice thanks
