Labeling this as nsfw necause of symptom description.
My (18ftm) PCP thinks I might have a prolactinoma, due to my symptoms (loss of menses MONTHS prior to starting testosterone, headaches that don't go away with NSAIDs or painkillers, nipple discharge and prolactin levels in the pregnant range despite not actually being pregnant and never having had sex). At first we thought it might have been the medication I was on (risperidone/Risperdal) and that may have played a part, but even after stopping it I'm still having symptoms. So, they diagnosed me with hyperprolactinemia, galactorrhea, and disorder of the pituitary gland. Even though I don't have the official diagnosis of a prolactinoma, I was wondering what yalls experiences are/were in your journey and what diagnoses they said you had before diagnosing the tumor, and what I should expect going forward if my path looks similar to how yours looked.
