I am just a recent "to be converted" soul searching for Fi. First there was the debacle with travel promotion. Then, Fedex wont deliver phone unless they collect my signature from my doorstep. Unfortunately like most, I work during the day. So helping hands from Fi offered me to pick my package from a Fedex store, after spending some time, about 3 hours in phone/chat. Now, another pair of helping hands send the package to a Fedex store 1 hour/55 miles away!! What The "Fi" is that!
