What macros for Sadistic Music Factory ex?

I swear I've been trying to clear Sadistic Music Factory on extreme for weeks now to no avail. I get to the tempo change part and immediately dropout. What macros should I be using to combat this? Currently I have right bumper set to A, left bumper set to B, ZR set to slider, and ZR set to slider. The rest is unchanged. Should I change this?
