What's the best blue Sorceress orb possible? Can it compare to a crafted orb?

I was thinking earlier about whether or not I should be IDing blue sorc orbs.
It seems to me like blue orbs can roll up to 6 in one skill ( 3 skill tree, 3 individual skill). This is the same as a crafted sorc orb ( 1 to skills from craft, 2 sorc skills, 3 individual skill).
So I guess that blue orbs are only showed in loot filters for crafting purposes? Or is there something else I'm missing?
