My butt is 41ish inches last time I measured, waist is 26.5, and I’m 5’2!
Thank you!! But my booty is definitely mostly genes. All my extra weight goes to my butt, even with doing the same workout routine, that will probably not happen if it doesn’t to you already now!
Workout routine glutes: sumo squats, step ups, hip thrust/kas glute bridges, Bulgarian split squats, hip abductions, back extensions. Not all in one day.
Working out grows muscles, it doesn’t make you store more fat in your butt sadly.
Ohh that’s completely fine! I hope the gif speaks for itself hehe ;) Just checked and im 132 now, and found an old note in my phone where I wrote down 121!
I don’t weight myself too often because I don’t care about it. As long as I feel and look good I’m happy! But I think A was around 120lbs and B is 130lbs?

Yepp! I was 18 or 19 in the first video so I also just got older, grew into my body. Gained weight and got extremely lucky that it goes to my butt ahha
