I have a final interview for a lead education faculty position for a very small business college. There is no research involved. What are some questions you received as an applicant for those in a similar position? Besides teaching science courses, I will also be in charge of navigating and supervising adjunct faculty and figuring out a way to streamline curricula/assessments for courses.
Edit: Thanks for the helpful advice on what to ask my interviewers. I will be sure to ask some of these questions. I was really asking what you as experienced faculty were asked during your final interview by the interview panel for your position.
