Hi - what deadlines and commitments do you provide your business teams when publishing a roadmap? Also, how early do you do launch planning and ensuring all the features are developed and tested for the launch?
Say, when Google has decided for the next version of Android release, when is the feature set locked and committed?
Thanks for your guidance as I am struggling with constant asks for 1) when will this feature be available and 2) what are you planning to release AND WHEN?
