Best resources for PM beginners?
Post Body

Hello all!

I'm looking for recommendations for online courses / resources / training to help me understand the fundamentals of being a Product Manager.

Background on me: 2 years experience in tech start up (sales/account management), then 4 years creating & growing my own product.

The problem: I'm securing interviews for PM/Senior PM roles but failing the final stages. I think this is because I lack the structured approach that I would have developed if I'd been part of a team over the last 4 years.

Things I don't know: terminology, team dynamics, project management methodologies, structured approaches to data analysis, method for prioritising features etc. Everything I've done has been off instinct rather than by applying a framework.

Basically I've got "real world experience" of launching a product, but not much else. So when I'm in interviews, I can't "talk the talk' if you know what I mean?

Can you recommend the best resources to help me brush up on this?

TIA for your help guys.
