Senior PM, been in product at my current company for 3 years, going from very fast-and-loose start-up type product work to more bureaucratic, managed processes. Over that time I've seen several customer problems rear their heads over and over again, and I find it hard to look at solving them in new ways. Even after doing some ideation sessions/design sprints with other stakeholders, it looks like several themes are the same, even coming from other people.
What are some strategies to get out of that rut? How do you approach a problem with new eyes?
