Post Body
I am curious if this is something that has happened to anyone here. I am considering it, the actual day-to-day work has not been what was discussed at the offer stage, the org lacks any real product leadership, and my boss's management style is not really in line with how I would expect to be managed. I have a backup plan with something a little less risky (a more corporate environment rather than this startup). In any case, wondering what people have done in the past - stick it out or jump ship early.
