In my org, our business requirements tend to change quite a bit, even starting into a sprint. This isn't ideal, but it's the nature of how the organization runs. I am new to my role, but working on ideas to guard the team from this in the future.
Part of the challenge is keeping up with the changes on my end. If a requirement changes, it means I have to update product requirement documents and Jira stories, and I have to work with designers to update specs.
How do you keep up with all the changes and making sure your documents and tickets stay correct?
What I use to do is update parts the team have yet to implement and give them a heads up, for parts they already implement I would add a change request section in the bottom of the requirements to be handled in a future sprint.
