Document Validation product management in rider/driver app
Post Body

Hello all,

I wanted to know if anyone here works on document validation/authentication in rider/driver related businesses (think of Uber, Grab, Foodpanda and such)

I wanted to understand the document management and driving management tooling landscape?
2) What are the current processes you follow and where are the areas where optimisation was possible ?
3) What are the experimentation opportunities you see here when it comes to the document validation workflows of these applications?

I understand ML may have a decent role to play here, if I want to learn the basics of the relevant ML libraries (considering I dont know ML basics too). How would you recommend me to go ahead?
