8 years of PM experience and I've left the field to be a GM. Couldn't be happier.

2 weeks into a new role as a GM at a 100 person, well funded startup and this is the best feeling I've had in my career since I went from Analyst to PM.
I recommend it for anyone that can PM and likes managing a P&L.
