-Genre: Any genre is fine; however, big city westerns or war films might be more on the difficult side. Looking for something more dramatic, but am open minded to anything. I love reading and watching these types of films Dramas, Dark Comedies, Film Noir, Science Fiction, Horror, Crime, Thriller, Experimental, Art-House, Mystery, Silent Film.
-Min pages: 1/2 page
-Max pages: 1-2 page(s)
-Additional requirements (optional):
-Max budget: TBD upon script (got a couple two-three bucks in thy old bitcoinz)
-Writer compensation (dollar amount): TBD upon meetings.
-Location resources: I live and work in Albuquerque's film industry. I might have access to pretty unique locations, so don't be afraid.
-Actor resources (with descriptions): I work close with small local actors (think local drama clubs, short film actors, etc.), as well as access to some pretty decent actors who have worked on our big New Mexico productions. Look us up, we have a lot of resources here in town.
-Crew resources: I am a working mid level crew member for the last few years. Made some valuable friends, as well as feeling pretty confident making films with 10 or less crew members. I myself know how to shoot videos fairly well, and have a decent director, and sound person.
-Gear resources: I own a Sony A7s with vintage lenses, as well as modern lenses with an external 4K recorder. We have pretty decent access to lights as well as camera support. With sound we have a F8 Sound Recorder running into a Sound Devices 442. We also can edit the 4K 4-4-4-4 footage on Adobe Premier Pro.
-World location: Albuquerque, New Mexico or surrounding cities/forests. I'd prefer the location in the movie is nondescript location or not in the Albuquerque area.
-Experience (must have proof): The last video I shot. Director, Actor, No Money, No Script, No Gear, One Camera, One Zoom Lens, and Myself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V8NbGB9GJug
-Goals for film (festivals, simply for practice, etc.): I'd like to practice shooting short films, because I am an aspiring cinematographer. I hope to create beautiful products I can show off in a portfolio/reel/websites to keep shooting more local projects, personals, and more r/ProduceMyScript pieces of work! In Albuquerque, New Mexico we have a TON of short film festivals, and if we can tell a decent story together, its free to submit, so why not!
