Process Operator to Management Positions
Post Body

I’m 18 years old soon going to start my career into process technology and hopefully become a refinery/plant operator. I did research into the career and i think I would really enjoy it, I love the industry. However I got some questions, could I move up into management positions like superintendents, supervisor, possibly refinery manager? Or would I need a 4 year degree? Does experience help to move up? It could be any type of environment… pipelines, refineries, chemical plants, terminals, any of that.

Anything will help! Thank you guys.
