Split tunneling / Twitch streaming issue

Hi! I'm trying to share my VPN connection from PC to my Switch console (via Ethernet cable) and try streaming from there so I figured putting the Split Tunneling option for OBS (streaming software) would help. The issue is that when I turn on split tunneling the VPN doesn't work anymore for the switch console, it can't connect to internet anymore.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! thank you!
