Can't access newegg.com while using PIA

I can no longer access newegg.com using Edge or Firefox. I have PIA configured to force both browsers to use VPN.

If I update PIA to bypass VPN for either browser, then I can get to the site. Once I got to the site, I did an IP address range lookup. I added that IP address range to PIA to bypass VPN.

I update PIA again to force the browsers to use VPN & again can't access newegg.com.

Does anyone have suggestions as to how I can configure PIA to correctly allow access to newegg.com?

I have screenshots, but I can't seem to upload them.
