Authy vs Bitwarden

I need 2FA with cloud sync to iOS, Linux and Mac. I’m currently using Authy, but it seems that it’s not trustworthy
Would saving TOTP with the password make the TOTP useless/less secure? (Like Bitwarden does)
Any recommended alternatives to Authy?
