My LO and I were on a video the other week and it went black within the first 5 mins of our call and i got an email from securus stating that our video has been cancelled and they gave me a credit refund on my account for a future video call. My LO called me about 20 minutes later, and told me that he was trying to call me. He said the wifi had went out ,and his tablet and wall phones weren't working. I rescheduled the video for the next session available, which was in three days during the evening. The day of the next video call come and an hour before the visit even started... I get an email saying it was canceled, but no refund? Now i cant even reschedule, it keeps giving me the pop up saying technical difficulties retry later for every date for the rest of the month. I called my LO's mother and she gave me her login to schedule a video on her account ....and it worked?! I logged back into mine to schedule because i figured that they were maybe just doing maintenance, and nope! still wasn't working and its been doing this for the last 2 weeks, i called securus and they told me that my status was active and to call the unit for further help and no one from the unit has successfully given me a resolution for my securus issues.. Is this happening to anyone else? or is it just me? How do i know if i am blocked/banned from video visits?
