Is there a Discord chat or subreddit for people with family members in prison?

I sometimes come to this subreddit to check it out as my wife is currently serving a prison sentence. It seems like it is more ex offenders and those going to prison than anything else - which is fine as it's important to have a place dedicated to that too.
But I just wondered if anyone knew of a Discord group or specific subreddit for family members? I've serached but haven't come up much. It doesn't have to be US centric as I'm not based there anyway. Thanks in advance for any help!
