Is there a way to print on longer paper than 14 inches on standard printers?
Post Body

I know tabloid printers exist but their cost is so much higher. I did snag one off marketplace but no matter how much cleaning I do on it with brand new ink it's not printing at an acceptable quality. I haven't yet to find another one at an affordable price. What I want to print would fit on the 8.5 wide, I just need it to be about 16 inches long. I know legal is 8.5x14 and I know most printers support legal. so my question is, is there a way to override the 14 inch length limit on standard printters? is there any good reason that a printer physically can't print longer?
