Printify Connecting but not connected to Etsy?

So I've been creating listings before setting up how I get paid in my new Etsy shop and I wanted to go ahead and move forward last night, but before I can hit 'open shop' it says I need to add listings....which I have about sixty of. I can see the shop with all the listings I've made when I go through Printify and I've checked that it's connected to the right shop, but through Etsy it says I haven't added any.
Any ideas on a resolution or what steps to take?
