Any idea what might be causing these fails? (Lychee light autosupports)

Fail 1: “slicing off” of parts of models, typically on raised areas like heads, pauldrons, or backpacks. Like a grinder was taken to the model lol. (Pics 1-3)

Fail 2: Large, unnecessary, spontaneous “supports” that cannot be seen when editing file in Lychee. (Pics 4-6)

I’ve ran these guys twice now with different supports and rotations and they’re still failing, I’m sorry if this is a shitty post I’m just at my wits end lol.
