Need help with tracing in Eagle!

Hi everyone,
I am trying to complete a schematic design in Eagle software for a two-sided, mixed design board (surface mount & through hole components). If anyone has experience routing traces in Eagle, please contact me and I will be able to provide all the specifications - as there are many. I am having trouble because I have not routed a two-sided board before. I am willing to offer some $ for anyone that is experienced with routing in Eagle.
