Retirement Gigs - What Have You Seen Principals Do After Retirement?

I know it’s early as I have 8-11 years to go, but I am a planner and need to start putting wheels in motion for a retirement gig. I’m in Missouri and our retirement system is amazing. I’m not the type of guy who can just do nothing. I’ll need another job and would love it if I could earn at least my current salary.
When you see principals retire, what jobs do they do after? What has been the most rewarding and lucrative?
