It's been years since it migrated out and I miss it! Can/how can I get this redone?

Many years ago I had my 0g PA migrate (actually just fell off one day). I miss having it but not sure how or IF I can get another one. I consider the deep-shaft dolphin but have my heart and head (pardon the pun) set on a standard PA. I am circumcised but still have plenty to cover.
Sorry, the photos are not so good.
Any ideas? Suggestions?
